It is crucial that we have a systematic and thorough process for evaluating prescription concerns. This class serves as a guide to determine the root cause of adaptation and visual concerns.

Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to: know the common vision complaints of patients and how to appropriately communicate with a dissatisfied customer; you will learn how to create a process that allows you to uncover root causes from prescription errors, to medical concerns; you will learn how to solve these concerns through adjustment, strategic remakes, and understand when doctor intervention is needed.
